Terms of Service

By accessing or using UIHub, you agree to be bound by these terms. These are the ground rules for buying, selling, and downloading digital design assets on this platform. Please read carefully.

1. The service

UIHub operates a marketplace for digital design assets — UI kits, Figma files, React components, icon packs, and similar digital goods. Sellers (creators) upload assets; buyers purchase individually or via VIP subscription.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree not to share your account with others or use it for illegal, abusive, or misleading purposes.

3. Purchases & refunds

All purchases are processed in USD by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. VAT and sales tax are added at checkout where applicable. Refunds are available within 7 days for individual purchases, provided you haven't yet downloaded the asset. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Licensing

All assets are sold under a commercial license: you may use them in unlimited client projects. You may NOT redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw source files. The Pro plan adds an extended license for SaaS products and reselling the UI as part of your own paid product.

5. Creator responsibilities

Creators warrant that uploaded assets are original work or properly licensed, free of malware, and don't infringe third-party IP. UIHub reserves the right to remove content that violates this. We pay creators 70% of net revenue on a scheduled payout cycle.

6. DMCA / IP complaints

If you believe content on UIHub infringes your copyright, email dmca@uihub.local with the URL, proof of ownership, and contact info. We review within 3 business days.

7. Limitation of liability

UIHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service beyond the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
