One-time purchase = lifetime access
When you buy a product on UIHub, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the asset in unlimited personal and commercial projects. There are no recurring fees, no per-seat charges, and no expiration.
✓ You can
- Use the product in unlimited end products (websites, apps, designs).
- Use it in client work — both your own clients and your day job.
- Modify, customize, and combine with other assets you own.
- Use across multiple machines that you personally own.
✗ You cannot
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source files as-is.
- Include the product (or substantial parts of it) in any other for-sale UI kit, theme, or template marketplace.
- Use it to train AI / ML models without explicit creator permission.
- Give the source files to clients, teammates, or collaborators outside your immediate team — they should buy their own license.
VIP subscription license
Items downloaded under an active Pro / Plus / Basic VIP subscription are governed by the same usage rights, but the license terminates when your subscription ends. You can keep using anything you actively shipped before cancellation, but you can't start new projects with VIP-downloaded files after that point.

Disputes & DMCA
If you believe a product on UIHub infringes your copyright, contact legal@uihub.io with details. We will investigate within 5 business days and take down infringing content while we resolve the dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update this license periodically. Existing purchases stay governed by the terms that applied at purchase time — we never retroactively restrict what you already own.
