Refund policy

All sales are final
Because every product on this marketplace is a digital download — meaning the file is delivered to you instantly and cannot be returned — purchases are non-refundable once the download has been initiated. Please review each product carefully (and try the free sample where provided) before checking out.
Why no refunds?
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" — once a buyer has the file they have it forever, even if it's then refunded. To keep prices fair for creators and prevent abuse, we follow industry standard practice (Envato, Gumroad, Creative Market, etc.) and treat all completed digital sales as final.
How to evaluate a product before buying
- Free sample. Many products include a free teaser file you can download without paying — look for the "Try the sample" button on the product page.
- Preview screenshots. Every listing has a gallery showing the actual product across multiple views.
- Compatibility check. The "Compatible with" section lists every tool the file works in — make sure your software is on the list before purchasing.
- Reviews. Read what other buyers have to say. Each review is from a verified purchaser.
- Ask the creator. Click "Need a custom version?" on any product to message the creator directly. Most respond within a day.
Exceptions where we will refund
We will issue a refund in the following narrow cases — please contact support with your order number to start the process:
- Duplicate charge. Your card was charged twice for the same order due to a payment error.
- Product was misrepresented. The description was demonstrably inaccurate (e.g. listed as Figma but shipped as Sketch only).
- Broken / unusable file. The file you received is corrupted, fails to open in the listed software, or is missing advertised components. We'll first ask the creator to fix it; if they can't, we'll refund.
- Unauthorised purchase. Someone made the purchase without your permission. We may ask for evidence (e.g. a police report for stolen-card cases).
- Legal requirement. Local consumer-law obligations override this policy where applicable (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off period for buyers who have not yet started the download).
VIP subscriptions
VIP plans bill on a recurring schedule. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date — manage VIP. We do not refund partial billing periods, but you keep VIP access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Email support@uihub.io with your order number and a short description. For exception cases above, we'll reply within one business day. For other refund requests, we'll politely decline and point you back to this policy.
